What is ISN's service territory?
ISN performs inspections in King, Pierce and Snohomish counties. A travel fee may apply for an inspection outside the Everett-Seattle-Bellevue-Tacoma metro area.
When should I schedule my inspection?
Appointments are generally available within 1-4 business days. If you are involved in a real estate transaction, book your inspection as soon as the purchase offer has been accepted. This will ensure that you have enough time for the initial inspection and any additional specialized inspections that may be necessary during your contract's inspection period.
What does an inspection cost?

How long will the inspection take?
