Single Family Home and Condominium Inspections
Includes operating the heating system, removing the electrical service panel cover and examining the wiring, running all appliances and plumbing fixtures, examining the attic and foundation areas, all exterior buildings components, windows, roof, siding, trim, all interior building components, bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, garage and much more
A condominium unit or townhouse inspection includes all items included in the single family inspection and the anaylsis of the common areas components to ensure the home owners association has been properly maintaining the property.
ISN's single family and condominium inspection reports are created using a custom report format of our own design, and exceed the American Society of Homes Inspectors, American Institute of Inspectors, Foundation of Real Estate Appraisers, Housing Inspection Foundation, National Association of Certified Inspectors, National Association of Inspectors reporting standards. The report contains sections devoted to each of the mechanical systems (heating, plumbing, and electrical), the building exterior, roof, landscaping, garage, foundation, interior, kitchen, bathrooms, and attic. Each section describes the components present, their condition, age and any necessary repairs. The immediate repairs required from each section are summarized on one page for easy reference or attachment to an inspection response addendum to help guide you in your purchase process.

Multi-Family Inspections
A multi-family inspection includes visual inspection and functional testing of exterior building components, roofing and mechanical systems. The inspection also includes analysis of all unit interior components appliances and fixtures and much more. The multi-family inspection report follows the same general format as the single family reports, with the addition of several supplementary features. Photos of the mechanical systems, representative unit interiors, and components requiring repair are integrated into the report, and when determinable, cost estimates are provided for the immediate repairs required.

Commercial and Industrial Building Inspections
The inspection of office buildings, retail space, warehouses, and other types of commercial and industrial properties also consists of visual inspection and functional testing of exterior and interior building components, appliances, and mechanical systems.
A commercial or industrial inspection report is created with our custom report format. The report also includes cost estimates when determinable for the immediate repairs required and integrated photos of interior spaces, the mechanical systems, and items in need of repair.
