Wade Pennington
Wade has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry in Puget Sound, and is the president and founder of Inspection Services Northwest, Inc. As the senior building inspector at ISN, he has performed thousands of single family, multi-family, commercial and industrial inspections. His extensive training includes completion of the American Training Institutes commercial building inspection program, the Building Sciences moisture analysis training course, and the Northwest Wall and Ceiling Bureau EIFS inspection program, the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (A.H.E.R.A.) Building inspector certification. Wade is a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors and the International Code Council, Western Washington American Society of Home Inspectors and he is a Washington State certified Structural P.C. Inspector.
Jeff Longaker
Jeff owned and managed a successful building material company for 20 years before transitioning to the building inspection field. He has completed training in all construction fields and is a graduate of the Building Inspection Training Program. Jeff's professional affiliations include the American Society of Home Inspectors and the International Code Council. Jeff is also a Washington State certified Structural P.C. Inspector.
