Meet Our Inspectors
Wade Pennington
Wade hsas over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry in Puget Sound, and is the president and founder of Inspection Services Northwest, Inc. As the senior building inspector at ISN, he has performed thousands of single family, multi-family, commercial and industrial inspections.
His extensive training includes completion of the American Training Institutes commercial building inspection program, the Building Sciences moisture analysis training course, and the Northwest Wall and Ceiling Bureau EIFS inspection program, the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (A.H.E.R.A.) Building inspector certification. Wade is a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors and the International Code Council, Western Washington American Society of Home Inspectors and he is a Washington State certified Structural P.C. Inspector.
Jeff Longaker
Jeff is Inspection Services Northwest’s lead residential inspector. Jeff has been with ISN for 7 years and has completed 1000s of inspections. Jeff’s extensive inspection experience means no building analysis is beyond the scope of his knowledge.
Jeff owned and managed a successful building material company for 20 years before transitioning to the building inspection field. He has completed training in all construction fields and is a graduate of the Building Inspection Training Program. Jeff is a Washington State certified home inspector and has completed 100s of hours of continuing education. His professional affiliations include the American Society of Home Inspectors and the International Code Council. Jeff is also a Washington State certified Structural P.C. Inspector.
Dan
Dan joined the Inspection Services Northwest team after running his own successful construction business for approximately 20 years. Dan’s in depth knowledge of construction practices has been an invaluable skill set when completing construction defect analysis. Dan is a Certified Washington State Home Inspector and Structural Pest Inspector. He graduated from a state certified building inspection training program.
Dan grew up in the Renton area and has lived in the West Seattle area for the last 20 years. He enjoys spending time with his family here and visiting family back east in a small beach town in the Ocean State.
Neal
Neal joined Inspection Services Northwest after working for several Seattle based home builders. He has completed Introduction to Blueprint Reading and Interpreting Plans & Specifications courses with the Associated General Contractors of America. He completed the fundamentals of home inspection at Bellingham technical college, the longest running, and most established college level home inspection training course in the state. He is also a Washington State certified Structural P.C. Inspector.
Neal is from Issaquah, Washington and graduated Issaquah High School. In his spare time Neal volunteers at Stevens Pass resort to help set up and manage ski/snowboard competitions and events.
